1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Order was not delivered
  • Order was significantly incorrect or incomplete
  • Food quality issues (must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery/pickup)

3. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders cancelled more than 30 minutes after delivery/pickup
  • Change of mind after order has been prepared
  • Custom orders that have been prepared according to specifications

5. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future orders and does not expire.
